PostSubject: The Constitutional Draft   Sun Aug 26, 2012 11:21 pm

Preamble

    We, the nations within the region dubbed “Tiberiam,” have gathered together to express great urgency in the need of organized government. And hence, we have decided to formulate a executive government who can oversee Tiberiam in this dangerous times when our entire way of life is threatened to vanish from our eyes. This Constitution is made not as a permanent foundation, but as a temporary relief to the problems arising from lack of leadership in Tiberiam. This Constitution also seeks to remedy and oversee the everyday activities in the region without bogging down the system with checks and balances.

    To clarify, this Constitution gears more towards executive efficiency than legislative equality. And hence, should there come a time when Tiberiam requires more solid and more permanent Constitution to be placed, this Constitution will be rendered null-and-void and placed in the “Achieves” under “Library of Tiberiam.” Should there come a time when more pressing executive power is necessary once again, this Constitution, hence named “The Trinary Executive Constitution of 1500 HE” will be active once more to oversee the region of Tiberiam until the danger passes.

Article I

    As discussed in the Preamble, this Constitution is created to give emergency leadership during the time of need when Tiberiam as a region is in danger of failing.

    --Section 1
      The term “Danger of Failing” is to be used to describe the situation when the governing body of Tiberiam is no longer functioning the way it was geared towards. This can be palpable, as in the instance when the region has been invaded, or this could be immaterial, as in the case where there is a need for a government to change.

    --Section 2
      The ultimate decision to deem the need for the emergency power vested within this Constitution, however, lies with the nations of Tiberiam. The term “Nations of Tiberiam” includes all and any nations within the NationStates who have deep national respect for Tiberiam and its future. The Nations of Tiberiam, hence abbreviated to “NoT”, is not bound by the NationStates regional boundary. NoT can consist of any nations of NationStates who is legitimately concerned about well-being of Tiberiam as a region. This “legitimate concern” is to be validated amongst the members NoT.

    --Section 3
      The decision mentioned by Article I, Section 2 of this Constitution is decided by a simple majority of NoT during the emergency gathering.
      --Subsection A
        The term “emergency gathering” is to be described as a gathering of nations in a digital meeting place OUTSIDE OF NATIONSTATES, such as official Tiberiam forums, where an administrator is validated member of NoT. The member of NoT will decide whether it is time to initiate the voting procedure. The member of NoT will also decide when the voting procedure ends.

    --Section 4
      Once the vote has passed in favor of activating this Constitution in question by Article I, Section 2 of this Constitution by means specified by Article I, Section 3 of this Constitution, a temporary manager will be chosen by the member of NoT by a simple majority. This temporary position will be hence named “Overseer.”
      --Subsection A
        The Overseer’s role in Tiberiam is to oversee the election procedure of the executive positions in the temporary governing system. The specifics of these governing systems will be discussed in Article II and other Articles of this Constitution. The Overseer will ensure that all voting procedures are to be clarified and tallied, and will work with the administrators of the forum (unless the Overseer he/herself is an administrator) to create a place and means the member of NoT to vote. The Overseer must also ensure that every member of NoT are notified of this election procedure by whatever means necessary.

      --Subsection B
        The Overseer’s another role is to create temporary amendments to this Constitution. The Overseer will evaluate this Constitution as a whole and will add amendments to this Constitution to make necessary changes that fits the situation. HOWEVER, Article I and all its Sections and Subsections of this Constitution can NOT be altered by the Overseer. Preamble of this Constitution can ALSO NOT be altered by the Overseer. The alteration can occur NOT by deleting or altering the texts of the Constitution, but by adding on Amendments to the Constitution.

      --Subsection C
        Once the executive positions of Tiberiam has been elected, ALL powers invested in the Overseer according to this Constitution will be stripped. Should there need be further changes in this Constitution AFTER the role of the Overseer being over, the NoT can start a petition and vote on the amendment made by the members of NoT. Should the vote pass by 2/3 majority with over 60% of the NoT voter turnouts, the amendment will be placed permanently within this Constitution. However, once this Constitution is rendered null-and-void, the amendments of this Constitution will also be rendered null-and-void. Furthermore, should there rise a need to strip the amendment, whether by the makers of the amendment or future generations, same process can be implemented to delete or alter the said amendment by 2/3 majority with 60% voter turnouts. Any amendments created by the Overseer as well as any amendments made by the previous generations also is subjected to this rule.

    --Section 5
      Should the vote of activating this Constitution in question by Article I, Section 2 of this Constitution by means specified by Article I, Section 3 of this Constitution not pass, all activities specified by this Constitution will remain inactive. However, this does NOT stop the member of NoT from re-initiating the vote as seen necessary.

Article II

    This article will cover the executive positions mentioned by Article I, Section 4, Subsection A. The executive positions mentioned in this Article will be the Chancellor of Foreign Policy, hence abbreviated as CoFP, Chancellor of Domestic Policy, hence abbreviated as CoDP, and Chancellor of Social Policy, hence abbreviated as CoSP. While there is no specific rule in this Article mandating that all Chancellor positions to be filled by different people, we, the creator of this Constitution, strongly discourage one person being the Chancellor of all three positions. We also strongly discourage an Overseer being the first Chancellor of any of the three positions.

    --Section 1
      The CoFP is an executive position whose role is to communicate with the NationStates regions and nations as a spokesperson of the Tiberiam. The CoFP can employ whatever means or personnel necessary to fulfill his roles mandated by Article II, Section 1 of this Constitution with exception of Article II, Section 1, Subsection A, as CoFP does not have any power invested in him or her in Article II, Section 1, Subsection A.
      --Subsection A
        The CoFP is to be serve three months. In other words, an election must be held every four months. The said month will hence be named “election month.”
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          Starting from the first day of the election month until a new CoFP has been chosen, all powers of the CoFP is to be stripped and be given to CoDP. However, CoDP is unable to fulfill the role corruption monitoring invested to CoFP by the Article II, Section 1, Subsection D. The said role will return to CoFP along with rest of the roles as CoFP specified in Article II, Section 1. The CoDP is also to oversee the election process of the CoFP. Should the position of CoDP change during the election month, the CoDP him or herself has the need to become the candidate for CoFP (does not necessarily mean that he or she will be resigning), or should the CoDP express the need to relinquish his or her rights as overseer of CoFP’s election process during this election month due to whatever reasons, the CoSP is entitled to overseeing the election procedure during the election month. All powers of CoDP concerning the election month specified by Article II, Section 1, Subsection A is hence invested to CoSP and not CoDP.

        ==Sub-Subsection b==
          On the first ten days of the election month, a candidate can either be nominated by any members of NoT or rise to candidacy by his or her own volition. Unless in the case of resignation, the CoFP from the previous three months is expected and mandated to run for re-election. Should there be no candidate for the election or if the only candidate running for election is the current CoFP, after the first ten days of the election month the CoFP from the previous three months is to fulfill the role of the CoFP until next election month. Should such case arise, there is no need to fulfill the specified election procedure elaborated from Article II, Section 1, Subsection A, Sub-Subsection c to Article II, Section 1, Subsection A, Sub-Subsection e. The next election month will not be affected. In other words, if the election month was on the month of January but no candidate was called and previous CoFP was mandated to serve another term, the next election will not be on the month of April, but on the month of May as scheduled.

        ==Sub-Subsection c==
          From the eleventh day of the election month to the twentieth day of the election month, the candidates will appeal him or herself to the NoT. This can take place in whatever means of communication available. The candidates must also post his or her platform in regional forum of Tiberiam. The location of where candidates’ platforms will be specified by CoDP.

        ==Sub-Subsection d==
          From twenty-first day of the election month to the twenty-seventh day of the election month, voting will take place. All members of NoT WITH THE NATIONSTATES ACCOUNT may participate in the voting process. The candidates are not encouraged but are able to vote for oneself in the election. The vote is to be held via Telegraph (TG) to the CoDP currently in charge. The CoDP is to keep the tally of the election by whatever means and announce the winner of the election. As long as there was one voter who voted, the election results after the twenty-seventh day of the election month is to be considered valid. The voters can either vote for any of the candidates ONCE or abstain from the vote. Should the CoDP see fault with the results, another election can be called on the first day of the month after the election month to tenth day of the month after the election month. This three day break and ten day re-election can only occur twice per election and must all be called by CoDP. If the CoDP still finds fault in the election results, the previous CoFP will be mandated to serve until the next election month arrives. Regardless of the delay in the election, the next election month will not be delayed. This means that should the CoDP find the election results flawed twice and CoFP is failed to be elected, the next election will still take place on the next four months after this election month. To give an example, should the election for CoFP start on the month of January, but is failed to be elected by CoDP’s re-election rights and previous CoFP is to serve from month of February, then the next election month will take place not on June, but on May as scheduled if CoDP never called flaw in the election results.

        ==Sub-Subsection e==
          Once the winner of the election has been announced, the CoFP will take the office on the thirtieth day of the election month. The winner is to be chosen as the candidate with the most votes.

      --Subsection B
        The CoFP's first and most primary role is to be the official recuiter of the region of Tiberiam. The CoFP is to utilize whatever legal and acceptable means necessary to recruit members in order to promote regional growth. The regional growth in this context refers to overall population of Tiberiam as a region in the NationStates.net website. However, the recruitment role vested by this Constitution to the CoFP does not limit the CoFP from recruiting in the NationStates.net website only. Within the boundarys of "legal and acceptable means," the CoFP is allowed to recruit from different sources.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          The "legal and acceptable means necessary" mentioned in the Article II, Section 1, Subsection B refers to means at which CoFP is limited to recruiting members for the purpose of Tiberiam's regional growth. The said phrase limits CoFP to all the rules of the medium at which the recruitment is taking place. The CoFP, in other words, must abide by the host region, website, etc. that the CoFP wishes to recruit in. The CoFP must also respect the host region, website, etc.'s sayings and should attempt to fit the host's requirements. As CoFP is the regional representative of Tiberiam region, the CoFP must also show courtasy and respect for the host region, website, etc.

      --Subsection C
        The CoFP’s second and second-most important role after mentioned in Article II, Section 1, Subsection B is to be the official diplomat. While the CoFP does not have the invested power of the WA Delegate, the CoFP is to be the one officially speaking on behalf of Tiberiam towards other region’s representatives. The CoFP must also respond to any notices received by the CoDP and have been deemed necessary by the CoDP for CoFP to respond. In a context, however, it is mostly up to the CoFP to be the “spokesperson” for the region, while the CoDP to be the “receiver” of the messages from the other regions. For this role, CoFP must work with CoDP in order to keep the communication smooth.

      --Subsection D
        The CoFP’s third role is corruption monitoring.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          By the power invested by the Article II, Section 1, Subsection D, the CoFP can force the resignation of the CoSP. This can only be done, however, with a validated reason. The definition of “validated reason” is a process which involves posting of grievances where it is accessible to all NoT members and let the CoSP to defend his position at least once. Afterwards, a voting process by more than three members of NoT must be held. Should the motion of CoSP’s corruption is validated through simple majority, the conditions for “validated reason” is met.

        ==Sub-Subsection b==
          By the power invested by the Article II, Section 1, Subsection D, the CoFP can request for withdrawn of CoDP. This can be done at any moment of CoFP’s reign, where CoFP can request the resignation of CoDP through whichever medium. The request, however, must be met with list of grievances that should be accessible for all NoT members. Should the CoDP fail to meet the request with sufficient reason that could convince the NoT, CoFP can also request NoT members to withdraw support from the CoDP’s World Assembly Delegate (WAD) position in the NationStates.net website, and thus removing the official position of CoDP from the power.

      --Subsection E
        Should the members of NoT call for invasion or war, it is up to CoFP to take the role of Head of State to lead the invasion or defending force.

    --Section 2
      The CoDP is an executive position whose role is to resolve domestic problems that arise within the NoT members. The CoDP can emply whatever means or personnel necessary to fulfill his or her roles mandated by Article II, Section 2 of this Constitution with exception of Article II, Section 2, Subsection A, as CoDP does not have any power invested in him or her in Article II, Section 2, Subsection A.
      --Subsection A
        The CoDP's position follows that of World Assembly delegate of region of Tiberiam within the NationStates.net website. To simplify, the WA delegate of the region of Tiberiam within the NationStates.net website is the CoDP. Should the WA delegate of the region of Tiberiam within the NationStates.net website change at any given time, then the CoDP also changes to that specified delegate. The only exception to this office's delegation is that should the WA delegate of the region of Tiberiam within the NationStates.net website not be a member of NoT and thus is not interested in the well-being of Tiberiam region as a whole, then the role of CoDP all the power invested in said role by the Article II, Section 2 of this Constitution will be transferred to CoFP. Should such case arise, the election of CoFP, according to Article II, Section 1, Subsection A, Sub-Subsection a, is relinquished under the specification that acting CoDP, the current CoFP, is running for the election of CoFP as CoFP must run for re-election according to this constitution's specifications. During this procedure, the power of CoDP will be invested to CoSP according to Article II, Section 1, Subsection A, Sub-Subsection a of this Constitution.

      --Subsection B
        The CoDP's secondary role is to be the intial and final agent in Nations of Tiberiam nomination. The CoDP is to recieve requests for individuals to become the member of NoT. The definition of NoT, however, is not up to the decision of the CoDP. The definition of NoT is up to Article I, Section 2 of this Constitution. The CoDP is to validate the "deep national respect for Tiberiam and its future" from the individuals who wishes to be part of the NoT and to initiate a process in which the wishing individual can appeal to the already-NoT-members. The CoDP is also responsible for approving the individual to be the member NoT.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          The process of "appeal to the already-NoT-members" is done by the process of letting the individual be known to the NoT community of his or her willingness. Afterwards, the individual have seven days from the initial introduction to appeal to the NoT community of his or her willingness to be a member of NoT. The approval of the NoT community is made by a private voting procedure in which the NoT members Telegraph the CoDP of their approval or disapproval of the said individual's validity of becoming the member of NoT.

      --Subsection C
        The CoDP's second and most important role is the act of census taking. The act of census taking is to create a list of active and inactive members for the purpose of removing inactive members from Tiberiam region to promote active regional members. The census taking must take place at any date within the month, once a month. Through Article II, Section 2, Subsection C of this Constitution, the CoDP is able to boot out or ban (the act of permanently banishing the member of Tiberiam from the region for granted length of time) any member who have been deemed inactive according to census taking. The census taking is divided into NoT-member census taking, non-NoT (NNoT) member census taking, and bot census taking.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          The word "active" stated in the Article II, Section 2, Subsection C of this Constitution refers to individuals who publically post in any communication medium created and or operated by the NoT members for the sake of creating a communicating hub for the region of Tiberiam. These mediums include but not limited to Tiberiam regional message board in the NationStates.net website and Tiberiam off-site regional forum. It should be taken into careful consideration that one individual in Tiberiam could have multiple accounts. It should also be taken into account that one individual could be active in one posting medium but not in the other. However, CoDP is not mandated to keeping track of activities in the private mediums such as Telegraph (TG) in NationStates.net website or Private Message (PM) in Tiberiam regional forum. The word "inactive" stated in the Article II, Section 2, Subsection C of this Constitution refers to those who do not meet the standards of "active" defined in Article 2, Section 2, Subsection C, Sub-Subsection a of this Constitution.

        ==Sub-Subsection b==
          The NoT member census taking exists not to boot the member nations of NoT, but to keep the NoT member informed of the inactivity. While the CoDP is capable and is entitled to boot the inactive members of the region of Tiberiam including the members of NoT, the NoT members are do not lose their position as the member of NoT even if he or she has been booted by the CoDP. The NoT members are still capable of returning to the region of Tiberiam for whatever reasons and can still participate in the regional elections and decision-making of Tiberiam regardless of his or her status. The CoDP is also not entitled to keeping the member of NoT banned for any reasons. Should there be a case where a CoDP banns the member of NoT, the CoDP will immediately lose the post invested in him by the Article II, Section 2 of this Constitution. This said power will immediately from thereupon be transferred to CoFP with exception of the election month specified in the article II, Section 1, Subsection A, Sub-Subsection a of this Constitution.

        ==Sub-Subsection c==
          The non-NoT member (NNoT) census taking exists to remove inactive individuals within the Tiberiam's communication mediums in order to create a more organized and clean means of communication within the regional members. Once the individuals belonging to NNoT have been deemed inactive, then CoDP is entitled to give a fair warning before booting the individual from the regional communication medium. The word "fair" is under the discretion of the CoDP. CoDP is also able to ban the individual belonging to NNoT for repeated offense of inactivity. The term "repeated offense of inactivity" is also under the discretion of the CoDP.

        ==Sub-Subsection d==
          The bot census taking exists to remove unnecessary bots and puppets from existing in Tiberiam communication medium. Should any bot be spotted in any of the communication medium, CoDP is entitled to remove the said bot from the Tiberiam communication medium. CoDP can also request the list of authorized puppet accounts from the CoSP to assist in spotting unauthorized puppet accounts. The accounts listed in the bot census must be booted at all times with exception of those seemed fit to stay in the Tiberiam communication medium by the CoDP until the next census list. A repeated offender of unauthorized puppet accounts must be banned by the CoDP. The number of repeated offense necessary for this action is under the discretion of the CoDP.

      --Subsection D
        The CoDP's last and final role is to be the WA delegate of the region of Tiberiam in the NationStates.net website. The CoDP is to work with the Tiberiam Community as well as CoFP to represent Tiberiam community and its interests in the World Assembly. The means at which the CoDP can address the interests of Tiberiam community in the World Assembly as the WA delegate is up to the intrepretation of the CoDP in charge.

    --Section 3
      The CoSP is an executive position whose role is to create, organize, manage, supervise, and advise the Tiberiam Roleplaying Enviroment, which from here on out will be abbreviated as TRE. The CoSP can emply whatever means or personnel necessary to fulfil his or her roles mandated by Article II, Section 3 of this Constitution.
      --Subsection A
        The office of CoSP is not an elected position. Rather, the CoSP's office is passed down from the current CoSP to new CoSP. The means and methods at which the new CoSP candidate is chosen is up to the decision of the current CoSP. The means and methods at which the new CoSP is nominated to office is also up to the decision of the current CoSP. However, once the CoSP candidate is chosen and nominated, the new CoSP must go through at minimum 30 days of training with the old CoSP. Henceforth, the new CoSP will be defined as junior CoSP or simply junior and the old CoSP will be defined as senior CoSP or simply senior. The means at which the senior CoSP train the junior CoSP is up to the decisions of the senior CoSP. Until the training is complete, therefore, the office of CoSP will hold two officials with identical executive authorities. Should there be a dispute between junior and senior CoSPs, the wills and decisions of the senior CoSP will always supersede the wills and decisions of the junior CoSP. The senior CoSP also has the additional authority to revoke the position of CoSP from the junior CoSP, and hence removing the junior CoSP from office. Once the training is complete, the senior CoSP, under his or her own will, must resign from office of CoSP. As soon as the senior CoSP resign from office, the junior CoSP will become the lone CoSP with all the executive authorities of senior CoSP.

      --Subsection B
        In the case where CoSP is absent for specific period of time, the nomination of a new CoSP is called. Once the specific time and conditions are met, the Board of Culture, henceforth abbreviated to BoC, will decide the suitable candidate of CoSP from within the members of BoC. The said CoSP candidate will become a temporary CoSP much similar to the powers invested within the junior CoSP in the Article II, Section 3, Subsection A of this Constitution. The decision to revoke the authorities invested to the said temporary CoSP lies within the BoC itself. The temporary CoSP will go through 60 days of approval trial, after which the BoC along with CoFP and CoDP will decide whether the temporary CoSP is suitable for permanent role of CoSP. This said approval must have the agreement of half of the BoC as well as either the approval of the CoFP or the CoDP. Should the approval is met, the temporary CoSP will be nominated as the new CoSP will all of CoSP's authorities invested in him or her. Should the temporary CoSP fail to meet the approval, then the nomination procedure will restart with the BoC choosing a new CoSP from within the BoC. Should the old CoSP return from his or her absence after the new CoSP has been chosen according to Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution, then the BoC will decide whether to keep the old CoSP or the new CoSP chosen by Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          The "specific time and condition" mentioned in the Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution refers to time when the CoSP has been missing for more than 30 days and his or absence has been confirmed by the CoDP in CoDP's census taking defined by the Article II, Section 2, Subsection C of this Constitution. Once the 30 days has passed since CoSP's last activity, the CoDP must take any and legal measures necessary to attempt to establish contact with the CoSP. Should the CoDP exhaust all methods of contacting the CoSP, then the CoDP must report this to the CoFP, and the CoFP will decide how much longer should the Tiberiam community should wait until the "specific time and condition" mentioned by Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution is met. The "specific time and condition" mentioned in the Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution can also refer to an instance where the current CoSP announces his or her abrupt, lengthy absence without the means of choosing and training the new CoSP. Should the said case arise, the current CoSP can decide on the first candidate from which to undergo the trail period by the BoC. The new CoSP chosen by the current CoSP will undergo the same nomination procedure as any other CoSPs chosen by the BoC by Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution.

        ==Sub-Subsection b==
          The "Board of Culture" mentioned in the Article II, Section 3, Subsection B of this Constitution refers to members of NoT who actively participates in the RP community. The nomination of BoC is up to the decision of the current acting CoSP, but the CoSP does not have the right to revoke the membership from the already-members of BoC. The BoC's role is the advise the CoSP in roleplaying management. BoC must also report roleplayers who does not follow the CoSP's roleplaying management authorities invested to the CoSP by the Article II, Section 3, Subsection C of this Constitution. Should the member of BoC feel the need to, he or she can resign from the position of BoC.

      --Subsection C
        The CoSP's first and primary role is the role of Roleplay management. The CoSP is to create and manage roleplaying environment of Tiberiam. The definition of "roleplaying environment" is up to the decision of the CoSP. The means and methods at which the CoSP is to manage the roleplaying environment is also up to the decision of the CoSP. However, as long as CoSP exists, the Tiberiam must have at least one type of roleplay and its respective environment with a way to allow all and any individuals to actively participate in the said roleplaying environment.

      --Subsection D
        The CoSP's second role is the role of forum and subforum management in the official roleplaying Tiberiam forums. The term "official roleplaying Tiberiam forums" refers to all and any posting medium set up and or managed by the members of NoT with the intention of allowing the roleplaying enviroment, which is defined in the Subsection C of this Section, to be established in the said posting medium. Should there be an overlap between the authorities of CoSP and any other branches of the executive government over this authority, the other branches of the executive government with gain immediate supremacy should the intention of the posting medium has any other intention besides supporting the roleplaying environment. Through this Article II, Section 3, Subsection C of this Constitution, the CoSP is to be given all and any access in which he or she needs to modify the structure and items in the posting medium to ensure the ease of communication and access in the Tiberiam roleplaying environment.

      --Subsection E
        The CoSP's third and last role is to act as an adviser and arbiters to the members of NoT and Tiberiam's offices.
        ==Sub-Subsection a==
          The CoSP is entitled to act upon disputes in Tiberiam regardless of size of his or her choosing. However, should one or more offices of Tiberiam created by this Constitution, which includes the three executive offices mandated by this Constitution as well as offices created by the three executive offices mandated by this Constitution, participate in disputes, the CoSP must act to settle the disputes as soon as possible. Through Article II, Section 3, Subsection E, Sub-Subsection a of this Constitution, the CoSP is entitled to act as the final decision making body of any formal disputes created in Tiberiam. The CoSP is also able to mediate and make final decisions in any disputes that CoSP him or herself is in.

        ==Sub-Subsection b==
          The CoSP is entitled to act as an advisor to any three executive offices mandated by this Constitution as well as the offices created by the three executive offices mandated by this Constitution. The CoSP must give a clear and definitive advice to any members of NoT that requests for an advice. The CoSP is not mandated to give advice to members of NoT who has not formally requested advice from the CoSP. The advices given by the CoSP, while holding formality and weight of the CoSP entitled by Article II, Section 3 of this Constitution, is not binding in any ways and members of NoT can choose to ignore the advice if individual who requested the information choose to do so.

Article III

    Should the need arise, the members of NoT can propose an amendment to this Constitution. This said amendment can be proposed by any member of NoT. This said amendment can edit, add on, and or disable any article, section, subsection, and or sub-subsection of this Constitution. This said amendment must be agreed by half of the members of NoT through the formal debating procedure in the official posting mediums of Tiberiam. This said amendment must also be agreed by all three offices of CoFP, CoDP, and CoSP. Once the amendment has been established, the amendment will immediately take effect. However, this said amendment will not remove any of the articles, sections, subsections, and or sub-subsections of this Constitution. Any of the amendments of this Constitution will be given an article number greater than the number 6. There can be no amendments with the article number from 1 to 6.

    --Section 1
      Should there be a need to remove any of the added-on texts of this Constitution, which includes any of the articles beyond the number 5, any of the members of NoT can propose the removal amendment to this Constitution. This said amendment must be agreed by more than two-thirds of the member of NoT through the formal debating procedure in the official posting mediums of Tiberiam. This said amendment must also be agreed by all three offices of CoFP, CoDP, and CoSP. Once the said amendment is agreed on, the removal amendment clause will replace the original texts of the amendment chosen for removal.
